BLACK OLIVES
WITHOUT PIT IN SALAMOIA
GUSTI ITALIA olives, both black and green, are rigorously of Apulian origin, one of the most esteemed world-wide.
The range includes both with and without pit olives and as regards as the black olives also the crushed ones.
Generally the green olives are the most eaten also by families. The calibre we use to select is a medium one.
Thanks to the excellent production technology, olives are intact, little bruised, hard without being tough and the liquid is very light, thus meaning a good preparation level.
