COURGETTES
IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The grilled courgettes are all roasted by hand on the hotplate starting from fresh (and not deep-frozen) rough materials.
There is a very light flavouring, thus not covering the base taste of the vegetable itself. The courgettes are grilled on both sides of the slice.
