CAPERS
IN WHITE WINE VINEGAR
GUSTI ITALIA capers are rigorously of Italian origin, coming in particular from the Southern-Eastern area of Apulia Region.
They have a little diameter and are very “crisp”. They go perfectly together with fresh tomatoes salad. Very good with pizzaiola meat and baked in foil fish.
