MUSHROOMS
IN EXTRA ViRGIN OLIVE OIL


The champignon mushroom is a top-grade (as rough material). Before the packing a further selection is carried out in order to remove big imperfections. This process keeps the percentage of product waste very low inside the tin itself.
The moss mushroom (Volvaria Volvacea) on the other side has gained a great success in the cooking of these last years. It's quite rare to find it fresh, it's quite often found already packed.
The mixed mushrooms is a mass of 3 varieties: the champignon, the moss mushroom and the chiodino Nameko (Psalliota nameko Mutabilis). This is a nifty product too, fit for starters.
The contadina mushroom is, on the other side, a seasoned champignon by adding spices and aromatic herbs.
The grilled mushrooms are all roasted by hand on hotplate. There is a very light flavouring thus not covering the base taste of the vegetable itself. The mushroom is grilled on both sides.
