AUBERGINES
IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The slices aubergines are flavoured with herbs and spices but also with peppers, in order to better call to mind the Mediterranean taste that such product shall have.
The contadina aubergines are seasoned with spices and herbs scattered in the oil.
The grilled aubergines are all roasted by hand on the hotplate. There is a very light flavouring, thus not covering the base taste of the vegetable itself. The aubergine is grilled on both sides.
