Flax seed oil is rich in proteins and aminoacids; It is furthermore the richest vegetable source of Omega3 fatty acids. Flax seeds also contain a high amount of lignans, which are cyclical molecules which have an anti-viral and anti-bacteric function. Various studies have revealed the flax seed oil may reduce pain, inflammation and swelling during arthritic stages. Among its effects we can consider a reduction of chosterol and trygliceride levels in blood.
Due to the high content of Omega 3, it must never be used for cooking or frying and always as COLD dressing.
Ideal for the dressing of fishdishes.
Of course, our flaxseed oil is obtained by mechanical means: cold pression and filtration.
The image is very actractive, the label is modern but in cold colours, the bottle is "Bordolese", dark glass in a slim shape.
It is for high level specialized shops and in the organic areas in the retail chains.
The available sizes is: 250mL. Upon request, we can also arrange the 500mL, 750mL and 1L bottles.
