ANCIENT LINE INTENSE FRUITY TASTE
We bottle two kinds of Extra Virgin, one 100% from one smaller area of Puglia Region, North Bari, and one Italian blended to Mediterranean origin.
The first is slightly spicing than "High Line", and often used for flavoring cooked meat and fish, the second is milder and indicated for frying ingredients (e.g., onions) which are used in stews and similar dishes.
The image is "country" in order to remind the Extra Virgin made by hands many years ago. The bottle is "Costolata", as used in the past.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from the cold and soft pressing of healthy olives, collected directly from the tree during the optimum period ripening.
The selected qualities of olives are those most generous in terms or aroma and taste.
They contribute in a determinant manner to the formation of the characteristic elegant bouquet, which is balanced by the presence of a pleasing fruity taste called "Fruttato" (the best kind of Extra Virgin Olive Oil).
Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a natural content of phenolic components and vitamin E which, when combined, are thought to be effective in blocking the possible damage done by free radicals. Consequently slowing down the oxidation of cells which causes inflammation and the aging of the human body.
