The Pomace is what rests after the first press of the olives (to obtain “Virgin Olive oil”).
The “Pomace Olive Oil” is extracted from the Pomace and refined.
Our Olive Pomace Oil is refined by steam to guarantee an excellent quality.
Gusti Italia Olive Pomace Oil contains 7% of “Extra Virgin Olive oil” in order to get a good flavour and taste.
The taste is plane for all kinds of culinary uses.
The bottle is square for 250mL, 500mL, 1L.
